1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you") and 111kb ("111kb", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the 111kb platform available at 111kb.vip, including all associated games, betting markets, payment services, and support channels.

By registering an account, making a deposit, or using any feature of the 111kb platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the platform and close your account.

These Terms are to be read alongside the 111kb Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and 111kb.

2. Eligibility & Age Verification

Use of the 111kb platform is strictly restricted to individuals who:

• Are at least 18 years of age at the time of registration;
• Are accessing the platform voluntarily and not as a result of unsolicited contact;
• Are not registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by 111kb or any recognised responsible gaming body;

111kb reserves the right to request identity documentation at any time to verify age and identity. This may include a copy of your CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), a utility bill, or other government-issued identification. Accounts where age verification is pending may be restricted from withdrawals until verification is complete. Accounts found to be held by individuals under 18 will be immediately closed, all pending bets voided, and any deposited funds returned to the originating payment method.

3. Account Registration

Each individual may hold only one 111kb account. Creating duplicate accounts, whether under the same name, email address, mobile number, or payment method, constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any outstanding balances accrued through bonus abuse.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. 111kb will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or telephone. You must notify 111kb support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. 111kb accepts no liability for losses incurred as a result of your failure to maintain credential security.

You must provide accurate and truthful information at registration. 111kb reserves the right to close any account where registration details are found to be false, incomplete, or misleading.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All account transactions on 111kb are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Supported deposit methods include JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and Bank Alfalah. 111kb does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources – the name on the payment account must match the registered 111kb account name.

Deposits via JazzCash and Easypaisa typically credit within minutes. Bank transfers may take longer depending on the originating bank's processing times. 111kb is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors.

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to KYC (Know Your Customer) verification being complete. 111kb reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests above specified thresholds. Processing times vary by payment method and may be subject to review periods.

Any deposits or withdrawals suspected to be connected to fraud, money laundering, or match-fixing will be flagged, frozen pending investigation, and reported to relevant authorities where legally required.

5. Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and game rounds placed on 111kb are final once confirmed. You are solely responsible for verifying that your bet selections, stake amounts, and game settings are correct before confirmation. 111kb will not reverse a confirmed bet or game round due to user error.

Sports betting markets on 111kb – including PSL, international cricket, UFC, and other events – are settled in accordance with the applicable rules for each sport and event type, as determined by 111kb at its sole discretion. In the event of a disputed settlement, 111kb's decision is final.

Casino games, slots, and crash games on the 111kb platform use RNG (Random Number Generator) software certified by independent testing laboratories. Game outcomes are determined at the point of play and cannot be influenced by the platform or any external party after a round has commenced.

111kb reserves the right to void any bet or game round where there is evidence of technical malfunction, software error, or exploitation of a platform vulnerability. In such cases, the relevant stake will be returned to the user's account balance.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

Bonuses and promotional offers made available on 111kb are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements that will be communicated at the time each offer is made. General bonus terms include:

• Bonuses may only be claimed by eligible registered account holders who have completed identity verification;
• Each promotional offer may only be claimed once per user, household, device, or IP address unless explicitly stated otherwise;
• Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they become eligible for withdrawal;

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 111kb platform and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture, and potential legal action:

• Using the platform while under 18 years of age or while registered under a false identity;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to interact with games or betting markets;
• Exploiting software bugs or vulnerabilities in the platform or its games for financial gain;
• Engaging in collusion, chip dumping, or any form of coordinated play designed to circumvent fair game outcomes;
• Any activity that 111kb reasonably believes constitutes money laundering, fraud, or the funding of unlawful activity;
• Attempting to access another user's 111kb account without authorisation;
• Abusing, threatening, or harassing 111kb support staff or other users through any communication channel.

8. Responsible Gaming

111kb is committed to providing a safe gaming environment for all adult users. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered account holders:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly PKR deposit limits configurable from account settings. Reductions are immediate; increases take 24 hours to take effect.
• Session Reminders: Notifications alerting users when a configurable session duration has been reached.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporary (minimum 6 weeks) or permanent self-exclusion available via account settings or by contacting 111kb support. Self-exclusions are applied across all 111kb game categories immediately.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 111kb shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or interruption of service caused by technical failure, third-party payment processor delays, or force majeure events.

111kb's total aggregate liability to any user in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the net deposits made by that user in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11. Privacy & Data

The collection, processing, and storage of personal data submitted through the 111kb platform is governed by the 111kb Privacy Policy, available at 111kb.vip/privacy-policy. By using the platform you consent to the data practices described therein. 111kb will not sell or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes without your consent.

12. Amendments

111kb reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered users via the email address associated with their account and will be displayed prominently on the 111kb platform for a reasonable notice period prior to coming into effect. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be interpreted in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 111kb is incorporated and licensed to operate. Users are responsible for independently verifying that their use of the platform complies with the laws applicable in their own region of Pakistan or other country of residence. 111kb makes no representation that access to or use of the platform is legal in all jurisdictions.
